OPTION 1
Step 1) Open the Administer Screen by double clicking the Remote Backup Icon on your desktop.
Step 2) Click yes to send the logs to Arshco Stockade Technical Support.

Step 1) Click the Start key on your computer, then choose Programs/Heritage Remote Backup/Send Logs.

Step 2) Click yes to send the logs to Arshco Stockade Technical Support.
